We are constantly working to improve our services, including the maintenance of our IT systems. In alignment with our maintenance plan, the following outages can be expected during the month of March 2025, when the listed services will be unavailable or operation with limited service.

- A complete loss of service is expected for any transaction made with CIB cards (ATM, POS, online/internet) and for transactions made at CIB ATMs and CIB POS terminals.

- Interruption is expected in case of card activation and limit change operations. The possibility to block a debit card will be available during this period.

Tatabánya branch relocation
Please be informed that CIB Bank’s Tatabánya Branch (2800 Tatabánya, Fő tér 10.) will move to the Városkapu Service and Business Building at 2800 Tatabánya, Fő tér 8/A on 30 May 2025.
The move will take place according to the following planned schedule.
- 29 May 2025. (Thursday): the last bank business day before the move, our branch will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- 30 May 2025. (Friday): bank holiday, the branch will be closed
- 2 June 2025. (Monday): the branch will be open from 12 noon to 5 p.m. at 2800 Tatabánya, Fő tér 8/A.,
- 3 June 2025. (Tuesday) and afterwards: we welcome our clients at the new address as usual.
Information about ATM services

- until 4 p.m. on 29 May 2025 (Thursday), then after the move

System developments for the month of April 2025
In addition to providing our branch service we are constantly working to improve our services, including the maintenance of our IT systems. In alignment with our maintenance plan, the following outages can be expected during the month of April 2025 when the listed services will be unavailable or operating with limited service.
01.04.2025 01:00 - 01.04.2025 05:00 and 09.04.2025 01:00 - 09.04.2025 05:00:
- The virtual card generation and the Geo Control modification function for physical bank cards will not be available.
- Pre-authorisation and Pre-authorisation Completion transactions are rejected at CIB POS.
- Apple Pay/Google Pay registration may experience interruptions.
- With cards issued by CIB, electronic (internet) purchases cannot be made by static password and one-time password.
- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period.
03.04.2025 22:00 - 04.04.2025 05:00
16.04.2025 22:00 - 17.04.2025 03:00:
- CIB Bank Mobile Application, CIB Bank Online, eBroker and CIB Business Online will not be available.
- Accordingly, the approval of online credit card purchases via the CIB Bank Mobile App will be unavailable also.
- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period.
11.04.2025 22:00 - 12.04.2025 05:00:
- CIB Bank Mobile Application, CIB Bank Online, eBroker, eCommerce and CIB Business Online will not be available.
- Accordingly, the approval of online credit card purchases via the CIB Bank Mobile App will be unavailable also.
- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period.

- During the outage, CIB Bank Online and CIB Bank Mobile Applicationwill not be available. Accordingly, the approval of online credit card purchases via the CIB Bank Mobile App will be unavailable also.
- eBroker will be accessible only by using a password, and CIB Business Online will be accessible only by using ViCA. After logging in with these identification methods, the systems will operate with full functionality even during the system development period.
- CIB24 call centre (+36 1 4 242 242) will be available with limited functionality, with the help of our telephone customer service, the possibility of changing and blocking bank card limits, as well as submitting transfer orders will be ensured during this period.

We implement a system development affecting our electronic channels between 22.02.2025 14:00 - 23.02.2025 20:00.
CIB BANK ONLINE, CIB BANK MOBILE APPLICATION
During the outage, CIB Bank Online and the CIB Bank Mobile Application will not be available, as a result:
- you will not be able to initiate or approve transfer orders,
- the approval of online credit card purchases will not be available,
- checking account history, balance and other data, documents will not be possible,
- bank card-related operations – limit change, temporary card blocking, virtual card registration will not be possible, push messages related to activities performed with your card will not be received,
- the investment functions will not be available,
- registration and re-registration of the Mobile Application will not be possible,
- services requiring a withkey token (such as TAK generation) will not be available.
EBROKER, CIB BUSINESS ONLINE
eBroker will be accessible only by using a password, and CIB Business Online will be accessible only by using ViCA. After logging in with these identification methods, the systems will operate with full functionality even during the system development period.
CIB24 CALL CENTER
CIB24 call centre (+36 1 4 242 2429) will be available with limited functionality, with the help of our telephone customer service, the possibility of changing and blocking bank card limits, as well as submitting transfer orders will be ensured during this period.

ATM and POS transactions with CIB cards can be carried out during the outage. If you created an Online Shopping Card Payment Code before the outage and provided a phone number in connection with the process in the branch, the code necessary to approve the online purchase will be received via SMS.

There has been a significant increase in attempted fraud and abuse through online channels. Fraudsters are using increasingly sophisticated methods to deceive customers in order to obtain their personal information and then misuse it to cause financial loss.
We are constantly taking steps to reduce the risk of potential scam attempts to protect our customers. As part of this effort, we have temporarily suspended access to CIB Bank Online for customers who have been inactive for more than 180 days and have not used the CIB Bank Online interface.
It is important to note that this suspension does not apply to the CIB Bank Mobile App at all, you can continue to use it without any restrictions.
Of course, it is possible to restore the suspended rights for the CIB Bank Online channel. You can set the rights by calling our CIB24 Call Center (+36-1-4242-242) or by visiting any of our bank branches.
