Allee branch relocation
Please be informed that our branch in Allee Shopping Centre (1117 Budapest, Október 23. u. 8-10.) will move to the second floor of the shopping centre near the restaurants on 10 January 2025 (2nd floor, on the left from the escalator on Fehérvári út, past the restaurants on the right side).
The move will take place according to the following planned schedule.
9 January 2025 (Thursday):
- On the last banking business day before the move, our branch will be open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm as usual.
10 January 2025 (Friday):
- The branch will be closed for technical reasons.
13 January 2025 (Monday):
- From 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, we welcome our customers in a refurbished interior in the new location on the 2nd floor of the shopping centre.
From 14 January 2025 (Tuesday):
- We will be open for business as usual at the new location.
ATM contact details
The ATM next to the branch will be available until 16:00 on Thursday 9 January 2025, and thereafter the ATM service will be provided at the new location of the branch on the 2nd floor from 12:00 on Monday 13 January 2025.

System developments for the month of January 2025
In addition to providing our branch service we are constantly working to improve our services, including the maintenance of our IT systems. In alignment with our maintenance plan, the following outages can be expected during the month of January 2025 when the listed services will be unavailable or operating with limited service.
07.01.2025 01:00 – 07.01.2025 03:00:
- Disruptions are expected for any transaction made with CIB cards (ATM, POS, online/internet) and for transactions made at CIB ATMs and CIB POS terminals.
- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period.

There has been a significant increase in attempted fraud and abuse through online channels. Fraudsters are using increasingly sophisticated methods to deceive customers in order to obtain their personal information and then misuse it to cause financial loss.
We are constantly taking steps to reduce the risk of potential scam attempts to protect our customers. As part of this effort, we have temporarily suspended access to CIB Bank Online for customers who have been inactive for more than 180 days and have not used the CIB Bank Online interface.
It is important to note that this suspension does not apply to the CIB Bank Mobile App at all, you can continue to use it without any restrictions.
Of course, it is possible to restore the suspended rights for the CIB Bank Online channel. You can set the rights by calling our CIB24 Call Center (+36-1-4242-242) or by visiting any of our bank branches.
In order to avoid online scams and to ensure your safety, please follow the precautions, which are detailed on the CIB Bank website under the subpage Online Safety and Fraud Prevention and on the CyberShield page (https://www.kiberpajzs.hu).
